This past week has seen two rather prominent leading MAGA / QAnon figures embark upon a rather bitter verbal fight. One is pro-Trump attorney Lin Wood and the other is elected Georgia Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene. The focus of it all is that each is attempting to establish themselves as the biggest supporter of Kyle Rittenhouse. He is the 18-year-old who drove to Wisconsin and proceeded to murder two people by shooting them. It is utterly bizarre to observe an elected official campaigning on behalf of an individual who is known to have murdered others in cold blood and will soon be gong on trial. Not satisfied with just that, we have now seen this bizarre and rather public spat break out …
“In my opinion, Marjorie Taylor Greene is a communist. If Marjorie Taylor Greene is running around saying ‘Impeach Biden,’ that says that Biden won—he didn’t,” Wood wrote on his Telegram channel, boosting the conspiracy once again that Trump won the election.
Greene, who has until now ignored Wood’s attacks. responded on her Twitter account by referencing allegations by Rittenhouse’s mother that Wood had stolen money from a fundraising campaign designed to fund the 18-year-old’s defense.
“He lifts up his Bible high and lies and lies,” Greene tweeted
Moving on, I usually open my weekly posting with the latest bit of weird drama cooked up by Mike Lindell, AKA Mr Pillow, but the above was just too bizarre to resist. This week’s Mike Lindell update carries on from his claim that the election had been nobbled in Idaho. That itself was an utterly bizarre stance because Trump actually won Idaho. Lindell claimed all 44 Idaho districts has been corrupted and that he had the supposed IP addresses to prove it… except it was all very transparent BS. Seven Idaho counties have no electronic steps in their vote counting processes, they tally by hand on paper.
Since he had accused them and challenged their integrity, they did a full and complete audit that came back with a very robust clean bill of health. The update is that they are now sending the bill for that audit to Lindell.

Election Conspiracy Theorist Eric Metaxas Says Biden’s Election Was ‘A Satanic Usurpation’
- Metaxas, as is his way now, conveniently ignores every bit of information that debunks his false narrative
- That smouldering heap of dung on the floor, the one that has a truly odious aroma that causes all who detect it to throw up, is all that remains of his reputation as a “Christian Intellectual”. He has no way back now, all he has left is to double down on it all.
COVID-19
Pastor Shane Vaughn predicts that “history will look back on the ANTI JABBERS as the Heroes of the Republic one day. They alone stood to save America from making FREEDOM BOW DOWN TO FEAR.”
- I must admit that Shane is rather skilled at dreaming up a weekly flow of clickbait to ensure he maintains his flow of $$$ for his YouTube clips.
- It is also fascinating to observe how many of these grifters have a well-established track record of actual jail time for fraud. Least you wonder, Shane’s 3 years of jail time from fraud started in 2009 and that was after he found Jesus and not before.
Asserting that COVID-19 was a Chinese “bio terrorism weapon,” Josh Bernstein demands that all Chinese scientists be thrown out of the United States: “We should be rounding up these chink bastards and getting ’em the hell out of the country.”
- The xenophobia is really very potent in this one.
Anti-vaccine conspiracy theorist DeAnna Lorraine complains that her vaccinated family treated her “like a subhuman leper” when she showed up for her grandmother’s funeral.
- I have a strong suspicion that her family rather like the idea of living and not adding themselves to the list of over 700,000 who have died.
- Well gosh, if only there was some way for her to prevent herself being the only unvaccinated person in a group.
Education
Via NBC News: Southlake school [Texas] leader tells teachers to balance Holocaust books with ‘opposing’ views …“Just try to remember the concepts of [House Bill] 3979,” Peddy said in the recording, referring to a new Texas law that requires teachers to present multiple perspectives when discussing “widely debated and currently controversial” issues. “And make sure that if you have a book on the Holocaust,” Peddy continued, “that you have one that has an opposing, that has other perspectives.”
- A few more things we might see if they follow through with this includes teaching Flat-Earth and Hollow Earth “facts” to balance Geography, Alchemy to balance Chemistry, and Astrology to balance Astronomy. When discussing the moon landing they will also no doubt be covering all the moon landing hoax claims as fact. Topics such as Architecture would also need to also discuss Ley Lines and Feng Shui.
- You can keep going tossing more and more layers of BS and pseudoscientific nonsense into the mix for the sake of “balance” and end up with a truly epic educational disaster.

Christian Nationalist NC Lt. Gov. Mark Robinson Says Transgender Rights Movement Is ‘Demonic’ and ‘Full of the Antichrist Spirit’
- Anybody claiming that something is “demonic” is simply telling you that they don’t like it, but don’t have an actual argument to deploy.
- This is the same guy who once claimed that gay men have to wear diapers because they routinely insert cellphones, baseball bats, and animals into their anuses.
Wayne Allyn Root says that President Joe Biden is being controlled by former President Barack Obama, who is being controlled by George Soros, who is being controlled by China.
- Would that by any chance be the same George Soros who wrote a recent WSJ article advising that investing in China was a really really bad idea? If so, then the control that China supposedly has over him is rather rubbish.
- Meanwhile Wayne Allyn Root is being controlled by the voices in his head. He clearly needs the dosage of his meds bumped up a bit.
David Barton claims there was slavery in the United States only because “the Southern states were very Christian-professing, but they didn’t know much about the Bible, and they didn’t read it much.”
- “didn’t know much about the Bible” – I think he has them mixed up with all of today’s evangelicals
- Fact Check: The bible is actually a very pro-slavery text. It even has explicit instructions on how to correctly beat your slave. Apparently it is OK as long as your slave manages to survive for a couple of days after the beating. The problem was never slaveholders ignoring their bible, but rather embracing it.
Kat Kerr reports that she dispatched a million angels to prevent schools in her area from teaching critical race theory.
- Only a million, why not 100 million, or ever a billion or trillions, is she running out of imaginary angels to dispatch perhaps?
Angry that she has not received financial support from the Republican National Committee in her bids for Congress, Laura Loomer is now declaring that “it’s time to audit the GOP.”
- When you are just too crazy for today’s GOP then you know that you are really out at the edge and have taken the role of “raging zealot” to new highs.
- And yes, this is the alt-right lady who managed to get herself banned from CPAC after chasing reporters through the conference.
- When Twitter banned her, she handcuffed herself to their building in NY. Since she had tossed the key, she had to ask the police to cut her free … after just 2 hours.
- She has not only been banned by all the usual social media platforms, but has also been banned by Uber, Lyft, Paypal, GoFundMe, and much more. Everybody she comes into contact with finds her to be too toxic.
MEDIAite (Oct 14): Trump Rally for Virginia Governor Candidate Featured Pledge to Flag Carried at Jan. 6 Capitol Riot
- It’s a standard flag. When presented for the pledge they explained that this specific one had been carried during the riot on Jan 6.
- As they did this, they also claimed that it had been a “Peaceful Protest”. After having ransacked the building, thrashing a lot of stuff, and leaving five people dead, I really do wonder what their “non peaceful” variation looks like.
- Some might quip, “Nah, that never happened, you are exaggerating“. Nope, here it is (below), Youngkin is very clearly core MAGA and in essence is suggesting that everybody else can f**k right off …
The False Profit$
MAGA pastor Jackson Lahmeyer is really making the rounds in his effort to unseat Sen. James Lankford in Oklahoma’s GOP primary. First he appeared on Infowars, and now he’s showing up on the QAnon program “The SGT Report.”
- With InfoWars and SGT being his platforms of choice, he is clearly going for the “nutter” demographic. With that approach you might think he has no chance at winning, but these days, I’m honestly not sure.
Dave Hayes (aka “The Praying Medic”) is still assuring people that “the Storm is coming, and there is nothing anyone is gonna do to stop it.”
- He has been banging this drum for a rather long time. Over the years he has predicted many things. His track record of being right so far is exactly 0%. Being that much of a failure at this is truly impressive, not many can manage to be that wrong.
Mark Taylor complains that false prophets are engaging in “prophetic plagiarism” by using “demonic networks,” remote viewing, and astral projection to steal his prophecies.
- Since none of Mark’s prophecies ever pan out, I’m not sure he needs to be worried about the plagiarism, but those who nick his consistently failing claims should be.
- I’m also not convinced that any supernatural ability is required to copy his “prophecies”. He shouts them all as loudly as possible at anybody and everybody all the time on whatever platform he can find.
Jim Bakker says we are living in the End Times and soon “you’ll find them shooting the prophets”: “God spoke to me years ago that at some point in the end, we would die in the pulpits.”
- Jim’s schtick is basically this: “We are in the end-times, so buy my food survival buckets at $1000 a pop.”. It is never really about his predictions, and has always been about drumming up fear to motivate sales.
- People have sampled his food buckets. NPR asked a chef to try it. He commented, “They taste, he says, like, “paper-mache,” “a bathroom at a bar at the end of the night in a college town,” and, simply, “one of the worst things I’ve ever eaten in my life.“
Are some really this stupid?
You already know the answer, we have an abundance of evidence confirming it.
You might read some of the above and think that nobody could seriously consider it to be “truth”. Alas no, there exists a queue, a very very long one, of individuals who are quite determined to prove that thought to be ever so wrong.
As for next week, it will simply be more of that same.
US politics has become a national gullibility test, and many are flunking it very badly.
